• Must have a leveled prepared area for the shed to be placed on.  For example- concrete pad, gravel pad, post and beam, millings or asphalt.
• The 2 car shed will be delivered in 2 sections (like seen below). Depending on what size you get is how much clearance we will need for the truck and trailer to drive back to your pad site. 
• All 14' wide buildings require a $300 escort fee. If it comes in two halves, each half is $300. 
  
• If you don't have clearance or want us to build on site, it is an additional 30% on top of building price and will have a longer time frame.
